What began as a visionary endeavor to bridge the digital divide between regions has transformed into a dynamic technology company with a diverse portfolio of services.
Over the years, we have expanded our offerings and ventured into new territories, seizing opportunities and overcoming challenges. From pioneering internet connectivity solutions in Northeast India to designing cutting-edge software applications and venturing into digital marketing services, our journey has been marked by continuous growth and adaptation to changing market dynamics.

The Beginning
Xynocast IT Solutions LLP officially started on the 19th of April, 2013 in Bangalore's Whitefield area as a wireless technology organisation, supporting local organizations with software and network integration.
Internet Connectivity North East India
Partnered with Railtel Corporation of India Ltd (a Govt. of India enterprise) in October 2014, to bring affordable and quality internet connectivity to underserved regions in northeast India.
Networking & Fibre Backbone
Stepped into designing GPON fibre networks and establishing and managing OSPF-backed MPLS backbone networks for ISPs in the northeast region.
Software Development Division
A software development division was started, which focused on developing class-leading mobile apps & web applications.
Formation of Xynocast Fibernet
Xynocast Fibernet Pvt Ltd was formed to segregate business verticals. Fibernet manages networking & fibre solutions, while IT solutions focuses on app & web development.
ML based AR & VR Solutions
Started delving into machine learning and developed augmented reality & virtual reality solutions which leverage ML for our enterprise customers.
Engineering & Business Consulting
Ventured into engineering and business consultancy services for SME organizations. We also created the StackEV brand to cater to the e-mobility space.
Xynocast Consultancy Services
As the type of services expanded beyond IT, Xynocast Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd was formed as the official successor to Xynocast IT Solutions.

Sumanta Gogoi
Group CEO, co-founder
Visionary co-founder who laid the foundation of the company alongside Kashif during their college days. He assumed the role of unofficial CTO and is instrumental in shaping Xynocast's journey. His passion for technology and a keen eye for innovation make him the driving force behind technical excellence. He handles systems administration and leads IT administration and DevOps teams.
Ritesh Raghavan
CEO, IT & Consultancy Services, co-founder
A biotechnology scientist turned business leader with a diverse career path. After experience at Unilever, he earned an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He held roles as Regional Manager and Key-Account Manager at Hexaware UK before joining Xynocast, where he spearheads the Business and Financial Consultancy Services division.
Kashif Isfaque
Chief Operations Officer, co-founder
Co-founded Xynocast in 2013. After 6.5 years, he moved into the e-mobility sector, joining an engineering services firm and rising to Platform Architect at Eurabus GmbH, where he spearheaded development of mechanical systems and embedded software for Vehicle Control Units and battery management systems. He returned as full-time director in 2022, adding energy storage and vehicle engineering services.
Kunal Kaushik
Director, Head ML & IoT
A college batchmate of the co-founders, he joined Xynocast in 2013 as Vice President. He demonstrated versatility, transitioning from business development to spearheading strategic partnerships. His deep expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence has shaped Xynocast's technological landscape, and his team is a powerhouse of innovation.
Minhaz Alam
Chief Marketing Officer
Leads sales and marketing, driving business growth through technology-led solutions. He also heads Infinityy Media, a sister concern specializing in digital strategy and content creation. His background spans brand development and customer engagement, and he has been instrumental in establishing and scaling Xynocast's go-to-market functions.
Abdul Rashid
Director, Head Mobile & Web Applications
Joined Xynocast as the company's inaugural developer in 2016 and has remained integral ever since. He pursued numerous skill enhancements, emerging as an expert in mobile app and application development. He also acquired proficiency in developing decentralized applications utilizing blockchain technology.
Pranoy Goswami
Director, Business Development
Featured in Outlook India as one of the visionary business leaders shaping Indian business. He began his entrepreneurial journey at 19. He implemented digital technologies for solar power projects across India before being engaged as an external consultant at Xynocast, and joined the company as Director of Business Development and Sales in 2023.
Kabya Kaushik
Director
Holds an MSc in Energy Nano Materials and an MBA in Project Management, both earned at Kyoto University. His experience includes robotics for chip manufacturing and GUI for managing an autonomous warehouse for KOMATSU. At Xynocast, he leads the project management team.
Abhishek Deora
Chief Financial Officer
A Chartered Accountant with extensive experience as an investment consultant and financial planner. As CFO, he plays a pivotal role in safeguarding financial well-being, overseeing operational planning, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards. He leads initiatives to optimize financial performance and drive sustainable growth.
